At The Dietitian's Fix, our group fitness classes are intimate, upbeat, and designed to provide something for everyone. We offer a variety of classes to suit different fitness preferences, ensuring you can find what you love here. As a mother of two small children, Samantha’s top priority is to make fitness achievable for everyone, regardless of where you are in life.
Our classes are capped at a maximum of 6 participants setting us apart from typical group fitness settings. This small class size allows you to enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others while also receiving a level of individualized attention that larger classes often lack.
