Looking to squeeze in a workout but need to bring your little ones along? This class is perfect for you! Designed with both you and your child in mind, this fitness session lets you work on your goals while setting a healthy example for your kiddos. Get your heart pumping and muscles working, all while enjoying quality one-on-one time with your child. Suitable for kids aged newborn to 4 years old, we ask that each parent brings only one child due to space limitations. Kids Fit Ages 5-8 Years Old
Pump up the jam! This energetic 45-minute class is perfect for kids aged 5-8 years old. Parents are welcome to watch their little ones as they get moving and grooving, all while learning the fundamentals of fitness. It’s a fun and active way for kids to develop a healthy relationship with exercise. Kids Fit Ages 9-12 Years Old
No kid is too big for fitness! Our advanced class for kids aged 9-12 is perfect for those who have mastered the basics and are ready for a more structured workout. This session introduces them to advanced moves like push-ups and curls, allowing them to challenge themselves and build strength in new ways.
